The Ankle Still Hurts A Bit

My right ankle still hurt a little especially if I stand on it incorrectly. And I felt a little bit of pain when I wore my heels yesterday.  To those who haven't read my previous post, I had an accident when I was on my way down the train station last Tuesday. I was in a hurry to get to the train because I don't wanna be late for work. I twisted my ankle but managed to stand and walk to the train despite the pain. I just put cold compress on the about-to-be-swelling ankle and didn't take any pain relievers. Nor did I had it checked by a  doctor or therapist.

I'm beginning to worry. Should I now have it check by a physical therapist? Or should I just purchase a lynco orthotics? I heard it can help determine the cause of foot pain. It can also give relief to sore feet. I don't have time to go to the doctor anymore this week. My schedule is crazy and I have a lot of commitments this week. Sigh. I think I'd resort to the latter option.

I hope it heals by itself though. LOL!

Aww, I hope you get better soon! I can feel your pain, having taken care of my elderly aunt who had almost the same situation. Actually, her foot was massaged by an unlicensed hilot and a nerve was hit. ooh, it was so bad that she needed assistance whenever she moved about. We took her to a well-known chiropractor here in Pangasinan by the name of Eddie Quinto, who also advised that we apply an herbal remedy 'kusay' to the affected area. After 5 applications in a day, my aunt was well and able to walk again. Take care, Allena, you'll get better :)
