My right ankle still hurt a little especially if I stand on it incorrectly. And I felt a little bit of pain when I wore my heels yesterday. To those who haven't read my previous post, I had an accident when I was on my way down the train station last Tuesday. I was in a hurry to get to the train because I don't wanna be late for work. I twisted my ankle but managed to stand and walk to the train despite the pain. I just put cold compress on the about-to-be-swelling ankle and didn't take any pain relievers. Nor did I had it checked by a doctor or therapist.
I'm beginning to worry. Should I now have it check by a physical therapist? Or should I just purchase a lynco orthotics? I heard it can help determine the cause of foot pain. It can also give relief to sore feet. I don't have time to go to the doctor anymore this week. My schedule is crazy and I have a lot of commitments this week. Sigh. I think I'd resort to the latter option.
I hope it heals by itself though. LOL!
